This guy knows how to run a customer centric business! Very much a lost art these days. John’s attentiveness to my request for information was prompt and he went above and beyond to virtually walk me through his product options because I couldn’t make it to his yard during business hours. Very personable and his pricing is very fair within his market but I found his product quality superior to others in his market. 100 percent will recommend him to my friends and family. Wow is all I can say, John was knowledgeable and super helpful. We went to see him to get the rainbow rocks. We will drive the 4 hours again to pick up more in the future. We bought 10 bags, they come in 3 different sizes and they have huge ones that you pay .70 per pound for. We may need to pick some of those up in the future as well to elevate the area esthetically. He even taught us what we need to get to make them appear wet and to protect from any algae.
